Hi everyone, 

Congrats on your new roles, and welcome to UM! I am excited to work with you all in the year ahead and wanted to provide some info. on the upcoming transition. 

1. We will have an intro/onboarding call with the alumni board members next weekend. This will take place at 9:30 AM ET on Sunday, January 24. Please ensure that you have received the calendar invite.

2. The “official” transition will take place on Monday, February 1. New sector leaders/PMs will lead calls beginning Sunday, February 7. 

3. Outgoing UM members have prepared transition docs. Please read the one for your position prior to the 1/24 board meeting. I recommend also setting up a call with the outgoing member for your position prior to the 2/1 transition date. For reference, the general UM folder is linked here. 

Over the next few weeks, I will be reaching out to each position to discuss strategic initiatives and goals for the year. In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions or just want to chat! My number is 703-479-8030.
